Partner responsibilities
Businesses must provide accurate registration, licensing, insurance, offer, inventory, and staff information; honor valid unexpired codes; protect participant information; and promptly report fulfillment problems.
Marketplace value
Points are not an automatic promise of cash reimbursement. Donated, discounted, sponsor-funded, or reimbursed offers must follow the written funding arrangement applicable to that offer.
Disputes
Businesses must cooperate with the program dispute process. Administrators may cancel, refund, suspend, or remove offers when fulfillment or safety requirements are not met.
